Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not create or upload on DeskConcert AI — prohibited content categories, photo consent rules, enforcement, and how to report abuse.

Scope

This policy states what may not be uploaded to or generated on DeskConcert AI. It is part of the terms of service. It applies to every photo you upload, every generation you start, and everything you publish from the results.

Prohibited content

You may not upload, generate, or share through DeskConcert AI:

  • Sexual or NSFW content. No nudity, sexual acts, or sexualized depictions — including sexualizing the photos of real people you upload.
  • Violence and gore. No graphic violence, mutilation, or cruelty presented as entertainment.
  • Hate speech and harassment. No content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected trait. No content made to harass a specific person.
  • Child safety violations. No sexualized content involving minors — real or AI-generated. This category has zero tolerance: we remove it on discovery, close the account immediately, and report it to the authorities where the law requires.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation. No putting a real, identifiable person into a video without their consent — including celebrities, athletes, politicians, and private individuals. No presenting a generated video as a real event, a real endorsement, or someone else's work.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII). No intimate images or video of a real person made or shared without their consent.
  • Anything else unlawful or infringing. No content that breaks the law, or that uses material you have no rights to — including third-party footage, music, and branding such as NPR's Tiny Desk Concerts.

Photos of real people

The generator works from photos of real people. Rules for that:

  • Upload only photos of yourself, or of someone who gave you clear permission to put them in an AI video.
  • Do not upload photos of anyone else without their consent — private people, celebrities, athletes, and politicians included.
  • Keep evidence of the permission. If we ask, you need to be able to show it.
  • The checkbox in the generator ("I have the right to use these photos") is a declaration under these terms, not a formality.

Enforcement

When we confirm a violation, we act within 24 hours of the confirmation. Actions include:

  • Refusing or stopping the generation.
  • Removing the generated video or uploaded material.
  • A warning, a suspension, or permanent closure of the account.
  • Voiding credits connected to the violation, including unused credits on a closed account. Purchases tied to a violation are not refunded, as described in the refund policy.

We review every report within 2 business days. Child-safety violations are acted on immediately when found.

Reporting violations

Report to support@deskconcert.com, or open Support Tickets inside your account. You do not need to be a registered user to report.

Include whatever you have: the video or account name, the URL or order number, and a short description. We answer every report within 2 business days.

How content is checked

Before generation, uploads and prompts pass through the AI providers' content policies — requests that violate them are rejected and the reserved credits are returned.

After generation, we review based on user reports and spot checks, and we can remove content that breaks this policy at any time.
